JabMax - Boxing Training App

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use JabMax. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Description of Service

JabMax provides:

• Real-time boxing form tracking using your device camera, including stance, guard, punch detection, combos, power, and scoring
• Guided, voice-coached lessons for boxing techniques such as the jab, cross, hooks, and defensive movement
• Animated technique breakdowns showing how each move should be performed
• Daily training sets combining technique work with conditioning exercises
• A technique library, Fight Rating, and progress stats such as fights, minutes trained, and punches thrown
• XP, ranks, and leaderboards (daily, weekly, all-time; global and friends)

Subscriptions & Billing

• Subscriptions are offered on a weekly ($2.99/week) or yearly ($29.99/year) basis, as selected at checkout
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the same price unless otherwise communicated in advance
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings
• No refund will be issued for the unused portion of a billing period if you cancel mid-cycle, except as required by applicable law or App Store policy
• Prices are subject to change; we will provide notice of any price changes before they take effect for existing subscribers, in accordance with App Store requirements

Managing Your Subscription

Subscription purchases are managed directly through the Apple App Store. To cancel, turn off auto-renewal, or request a refund, please use your device's subscription settings or contact Apple support directly, as we do not have the ability to process payments or refunds on Apple's platform.

User Content

"User Content" includes your display name, profile details, training history, scores, and any feedback or other information you provide. By submitting User Content, you:

• Confirm that the information you provide is your own and that you have the right to use it
• Grant us a limited license to process your User Content solely to provide and improve the Service to you
• Agree that your display name, rank, XP, and scores may be shown to other users on leaderboards
• Retain ownership of your User Content; we do not claim ownership over your training data

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Cheat, manipulate scores, or use bugs, scripts, or modified devices to gain an unfair leaderboard position
• Choose a display name that is offensive, impersonates someone else, or infringes on the rights of others
• Use the camera features to record or track another person without their knowledge and consent
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the App's source code
• Use automated means to access or scrape the Service

We may reset scores, remove leaderboard entries, or change display names that violate these rules.

Health & Safety Disclaimer

Accuracy of Tracking

Form tracking, punch detection, power, scores, and your Fight Rating are estimates based on your device camera and depend on lighting, camera angle, distance, clothing, and device performance. They may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be treated as a training aid, not a precise measurement.

Intellectual Property

The Application, including its design, features, lessons, animations, audio coaching, graphics, and content (excluding your User Content), is owned by the JabMax Team and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Application without our prior written consent.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Application at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Application and delete your data at any time. Termination does not entitle you to a refund for any unused subscription period, except as required by law or platform policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that form tracking, scores, ratings, rankings, or the Service will be accurate, complete, error-free, or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the JabMax Team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Application — including any injury, physical harm, or damage to property resulting from training with the App.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date, and where required, we will notify you through the app. Continued use of the Application after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the JabMax Team operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
